SMS Channel:
Simply, Nesma Sadad Service (SMS Channel) enables customer to choose from a
range of products/services by following the below steps:
- Send an SMS containing the service/product code to the Short Code Number of
your GMS Operator.
- Customer will receive an SMS containing invoice number, product description
and due amount.
- Customer could settle the invoice through Sadad Service via all the banks in
the Kingdom using Sadad Channels through Sadad Service via all banks in the
Kingdom by any of the following channels: (Phone Banking, ATM, Online Banking,
Bank Branches) instantly.
- Upon completion the payment, customer will receive another (SMS) containing
the information of the subscription plan.

SMS Cost:
Al-Jawal: Post Paid subscribers will be charged SR 0.25 for
each outbound SMS to Nesma Sadad Service short code.
